Artist, poet, writer. Born and grew up in Beijing, China, Bing later moved to Canada. She has published widely in magazines and major newspapers in China and North America. Her first English poetry book Alphabet Zen has received critical claims and since then been interviewed by CBC, Radio Canada International, Xinhua News Agency . She read at Ottawa International Writers Festival and Montreal Blue Metropolis International Festival.  She published her second English poetry book "It's Chinese to me" in 2014.  She received art grant on poetry writing from Ontario Art Council, as well as art grants of visual art and poetry writing  from the City of Ottawa. She is a visual artist and exhibited her paintings at art gallery. She lives in Ottawa.
